Credit Transfer Program with UTHM (Universiti Tun Hussein onn Malaysia)

The credit Transfer Program was conducted by UNY's Culinary Education Department in partnership with UTHM. UTHM lectures began on August 1, 2021, and were delivered entirely online. A guest lecturer for this program is Mr. Encik Mohd Akmal Bin Rohiat. From August to September 2021, the credit transfer program with UTHM lasted for two months. Lectures have been presented every Tuesday and Sunday at 09.00 WIB. The lecture procedure will conclude with a final test on September 20, 2021.

Skill and Ethics in Food and Beverage, a credit transfer course, has been completed. The students who took part in this credit transfer program are Culinary Education Class D students. The lecture materials included menus, becoming a professional waiter, table service, hiding arrangements, tableware, etc. Three languages are used in the lecture process: English, Indonesian, and Malay. By implementing this activity, students will better understand the remote system, other nations' cultures, new knowledge and culture, and a successful credit transfer program between UNY and UTHM.
